Project Coordinator
Fuse.Cloud is seeking a Project Coordinator who will provide administrative and logistical support to project managers and the Onboarding team. The role involves ensuring projects run smoothly through effective scheduling, communication, documentation, and resource tracking.

Responsibilities
Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects. This includes creating project timelines, organizing meetings, and monitoring progress against established goals
Maintain and update project documents, including plans, reports, budgets, and change requests. Ensure all project files are accurately maintained and accessible to team members
Serve as a central point of contact for project-related communication. This involves preparing and distributing meeting minutes, status reports, and other project updates to stakeholders
Manage project schedules, coordinate meetings, and book necessary resources (technicians, equipment, software licenses)
Help track project resources, including team members' time and budget expenditures, to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Proactively identify potential issues or risks and escalate them to the project manager. Assist in developing solutions to keep the project on track
Review and manage Change Orders with Internal sales reps and customers
Track and monitor Order Entry to Support and Billing
Qualification
Required
Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and pay close attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello), Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)
A proactive and analytical mindset to identify and resolve issues efficiently
A team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is often preferred
Previous experience in a project-based role or an administrative support position is beneficial
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus
