New Grad, Entry LevelPilot Thomas Logistics is seeking a Billing Specialist & Customer Service Representative to handle customer invoices and resolve billing inquiries. The role requires excellent customer service skills and collaboration with the Customer Service Team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Ability to perform routine duties independently; prioritize tasks to meet expectations; adhere to established policies and procedures
Process daily transactional files from Pilot Thomas Logistics (PTL) partner Fleet Card Processing companies
Audit and correct errors in transactional batches & files
Execute daily updates to Cardlock retail street pricing
Run & distribute Customer Invoices by billing cycle
Assist the Customer Service Team by fielding inbound and outbound customer phone calls and emails
Responsible for addressing and resolving customer service problems, questions, concerns
Create & order fleet fueling cards and assist with customer account management
Special projects as requested
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Communicate effectively in a business environment; excellent interpersonal, writing and verbal communication skills are a must. A service attitude and disposition is also vital
Must be flexible and solutions-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
Required to have/carry a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card when on maritime facilities and vessels. Otherwise, an escort with a valid TWIC card is required
High school diploma or GED required
Preferred
Billing experience strongly preferred but not required
Experience in similar customer service, call center and or inside sales preferred
