Responsibilities
Handle all phases of plaintiff-side employment and complex civil litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Prepare cases for mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial
Collaborate directly with senior trial attorneys on strategy
Contribute to novel legal theories and emerging areas of law
Manage deadlines in a fast-moving, results-oriented practice
Qualification
Required
