Responsibilities
Review current process for capturing customer complaints by creating a value stream map
Consider use of current software available, making use of key quality tools for example: 8D's, FMEA's, 5Why's and Ishikawa Diagram
Develop a process for capturing customer complaints from initial investigation to closure
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial or manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
Self-Motivated, flexible, and diligent
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Students at Junior or Senior status are preferred
