Responsibilities
Perform onsite quality audits of active assembly processes
Inspect drivetrain components and verify part and process quality
Document observations, issues, and findings clearly and concisely
Capture photos and data related to critical parts and processes
Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective action efforts
Communicate issues and recommendations to cross-functional teams
Collaborate with quality, manufacturing, operations, and engineering groups
Support continuous improvement and quality culture initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related) or Associate's degree with relevant experience
0+ years of experience (internships accepted)
Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing environments
Experience or exposure to quality inspection or manufacturing processes
Ability to perform root cause analysis and structured problem-solving
Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
Willingness to work primarily on the factory floor (approx. 90% floor / 10% office)
Preferred
Manufacturing or industrial engineering background
Experience with quality audits, inspections, or assembly verification
Familiarity with continuous improvement concepts
Strong adaptability and ability to work across diverse teams
