Business Development Representative
Big Rentals is a national platform that empowers independent trailer and equipment rental businesses. The Business Development Representative will focus on identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and managing sales processes while fostering relationships with clients.

Consistent outreach to potential clients
Presenting the Big Rentals platform
Collaborating closely with the internal sales team to meet ambitious growth targets
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert new business opportunities
Strong Communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
Experience in Sales and Business Development to drive growth and build long-term relationships
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a mix of remote and in-office responsibilities in Nashville, TN
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively within a team
Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making processes
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in equipment or rental industry is a plus
