Responsibilities
Provide direct oversight to case managers, evaluate their work, perform quality control checks, and ensure effective service delivery
Serve as a direct supervisor for assigned case managers, and lead efforts relating to team onboarding, management, and (as necessary) disciplinary action for direct reports
Collect and share up-to-date case and program data with the Data Entry Specialist, program stakeholders, leadership, and the development team
Assist with required program reporting, deliverable drafting, and maintaining the system of record
Provide information and feedback on the system of record, assist with design based on programmatic needs, and test the system for performance and effectiveness
Evaluate Disaster Recovery Plans, resident and community progress, and overall program effectiveness
Collaborate with internal and external partners and leadership to expedite resource and assistance provision for affected communities
Ensure coordination and collaboration between State case managers, voluntary case managers, VALs, and the Claims Office
Aid in the development of policies and procedures
Advocate for resident needs, assess assistance effectiveness and communicate unmet needs to inform organizations providing assistance
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Case Manager Supervisor or similar role for a community-based program
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
