Diagnosing technical issues
Maintaining and servicing equipment

Ensuring minimal downtime for essential assets
Interacting directly with clients to address their needs and provide technical support efficiently
Qualification
Required
Technical skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing cold and hot beverage equipment systems
Ability to read technical manuals and follow safety guidelines and protocols
Strong organizational and time management skills for completing service calls and maintaining schedules
Exceptional communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and explain technical issues clearly
Capability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and problem-solve in a remote environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field service visits
Preferred
