Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, property owners, and facilities teams
Identify and pursue commercial roofing project opportunities across DFW
Partner with estimating and production teams to develop proposals and close deals
Track performance metrics and contribute to overall business growth
Qualification
Required
Proven success in commercial roofing or construction sales
Strong understanding of TPO, PVC, BUR, and metal roofing systems
Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, accountable, and driven by results
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
