Responsibilities
Hands-On Maintenance: Set up, repair, and troubleshoot ovens, packing lines, and conveyors
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems
Fabrication: Perform MIG/TIG/Stick welding as needed for machine repairs
Reliability: Implement preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to extend equipment life
Inventory & CMMS: Manage parts inventory and document all maintenance activities accurately
Qualification
Required
The Tools: You must be a 'Working Lead' with your own hand tools
Technical Mastery: Strong skills in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLC diagnostics
Welding Skills: Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or Stick welding is a significant advantage
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 60 lbs and work in a high-volume manufacturing plant
Preferred
5+ Years Experience: Preferred in industrial bakery or food manufacturing (plus but not mandatory)
Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish is a huge plus!
