Business Development Executive - Chambers Talent
Chambers and Partners is the world’s leading legal rankings and insight intelligence company, and they are seeking a Business Development Executive to join their expanding Talent Sales team. The role involves generating new business from clients, working across multiple Chambers offerings and products, while ensuring strong relationships are developed and maintained.
Responsibilities
Generation of new business through video-conferencing; pitch, present and develop relationships
Offering multiple product options to prospective new business clients
Responsible for expanding the Chambers Student and Associate Guides
Qualification
Required
Ability and desire to succeed, and thrive in a high-pressure environment – a ‘go-getter'
Contribute effectively within a team environment; working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously
Strong personal skills, ability to engage and forge strong meaningful relationships
Strong attention to detail is essential
No limits mindset!
Previous B2B new business sales experience – closing experience essential
Confident in self-generating leads and prospecting and pitching to senior decision makers
Ability to own a sales cycle from start to finish
Preferred
Experience selling into HR / Talent / Recruitment teams is desirable
Knowledge of Legal markets advantageous
