Responsibilities

The associate’s practice will focus on a mix of employment litigation, including class actions, PAGA, and single-plaintiff cases

Required

A minimum of four years of experience handling employment litigation matters
A strong understanding of federal and California employment laws and regulations
Prior experience at a large defense firm or boutique handling complex employment litigation
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active membership (or pending membership) with the California State Bar
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
A team-oriented mindset and strong client service orientation

Preferred

Experience with class actions and PAGA matters preferred, though not required
