Responsibilities
Responsible for managing administration and ongoing compliance of GSA contract vehicles (OASIS, ASTRO, OASIS+), IR&D project reporting to DTIC, and DD2345 submissions
Provide mentorship and guidance to department staff, to include suggesting efficiencies and improvements, in support of Institute strategic goals
Develop, document, and communicate department operational processes and resources that maximize efficiency, problem solving, and outcomes
Must be detail oriented and able to work with large amounts of data gathered from various systems to produce and present operational and financial reports that support decision making
Identify process improvements and have good oral and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and various functional departments to understand needs and translate them into effective solutions
Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelors degree in Business or related degree with relevant experience
10 years: Build, document, and manage operational processes that optimize efficiency, ensure compliance, and integrate systems across different business functions
10 years: Prior work experience in a fast-paced environment with knowledge of general business practices and procedures with an ability to maintain organization of assignments to meet tight deadlines; experience leading a project with multiple team members or group task
6 years: Must be able to exercise diligence and attention to detail in the completion of assigned tasks and projects; must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment
6 years: Advanced MS Office (or equivalent), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint or similar digital products to manage documentation and workflows
A valid/clear driver's license is required
Must be a U.S. person (i.e., U.S. citizen, non-U.S. citizen national, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) due to ITAR work in section
