Responsibilities
Take full ownership of your territory — think like a business owner
Generate new business through in-person visits, outbound calling, and referrals
Grow sales for both mobile dumpster compaction and roll-off dumpster rentals
Serve as the key liaison between clients and operations
Input and track all activity in CRM, monitor KPIs, and follow up consistently
Deliver top-tier customer service before, during, and after the sale
Educate clients on the value of compaction and how it drives cost savings
Qualification
Required
Proven B2B sales experience (construction, waste, building supply, or logistics industries preferred)
Tactical and organized — you don't cut corners and know how to prioritize
Growth mindset — always improving, learning, and testing new strategies
Competitive spirit — you love to win and bring strong energy to your work
Accountable — you own your numbers and drive results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with high character — dependable, persistent, and positive
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for outside sales
