Advisorey is a Series A HealthTech startup seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth. The role involves outbound prospecting, engaging prospects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales campaigns.
Responsibilities
Own outbound prospecting
Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and craft personalized messaging
Engage prospects via multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
Qualify inbound leads and route high-potential opportunities to AEs
Maintain clean and accurate data in Hubspot
Partner closely cross-functional teams to relay customer insights and optimize campaigns
Experiment with new tools, scripts, and sequences to optimize conversion rates
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a health tech sales or business development role
Proven ability to hit or exceed pipeline or meeting targets
Comfort with outbound prospecting and objection handling
Clear, concise communicator—strong written skills are a must
