2026 Summer Intern Program - Engineering Majors

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support to the daily management and efficient operation of an Air Liquide production facility
Assist plant management and/or engineering teams in the execution of large maintenance activities and/or plant process improvements
Provide engineering support to zone engineering teams responsible for the execution of efficiency and continuous improvement projects at various plant locations within a defined geographical area
Support zone reliability centers in the execution of major plant maintenance and installation of new equipment
Assist experienced project engineers and/or managers in the execution of small (<$2M), medium ($2M - $10M), or large (>$10M) projects
Includes interactions with vendors and customers, troubleshooting installations of new equipment, project cost estimation and oversight of maintenance and operational personnel
Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes and data collection systems, providing analysis for the interpretation of business data and the creation of concise, objective reports to be shared with senior management

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical and Mechanical)
Expected graduation between December 2026 and May 2028
Minimum cumulative overall GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)
Must be able to provide own daily transportation to/from work
Must secure and finance own housing
Must be open and flexible to relocate anywhere in the US during and post program
