This role focuses on supporting attorneys with complex litigation matters, primarily through discovery and trial preparation, while also managing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Support attorneys and fellow paralegals on complex matters
Focus on discovery and trial preparation
Assist with a range of administrative and litigation support tasks
Prepare and file federal court documents
Cite-checking and Bluebooking briefs
Conduct factual and legal research
Coordinate with outside vendors
Organize exhibits and trial notebooks
Manage witness schedules and deadlines
Proofreading and drafting documents
Maintaining databases and files
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Senior Litigation Paralegal
Ability to support attorneys and fellow paralegals on complex matters
Primary focus on discovery and trial preparation
Experience preparing and filing federal court documents
Ability to cite-check and Bluebook briefs
Conducting factual and legal research
Coordinating with outside vendors
Hands-on trial preparation including organizing exhibits and trial notebooks
Managing witness schedules and deadlines
Proofreading and drafting documents
Maintaining databases and files
Experience in mass tort or product liability matters involving complex litigation
