Responsibilities
Tearing down Valve Actuators
Organizing job crates during tear down
Blasting actuators
Maintaining a clean work area
Managing tear down schedule with shop manager
Tearing down and prepping surplus for inventory
Painting actuators
Building Stem Protectors
Maintaining sand blasting equipment
Fabricate and assemble various components and equipment according to specifications
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving technical issues
Qualification
Required
Good with hand tools, power tools, and equipment
Mechanical, electrical, and carpentry knowledge
Ability to breed a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner
Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working in the building
Strong technical skills in fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of machinery and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred
Previous Automotive mechanic experience is a plus
