Responsibilities
CRNA assignment in Kentucky with multiple shift options, reliable volume, and credentialing in just 30-45 days
Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
Optional second-call shifts (7p-7a) for extra pay
CRNAs function independently in endo, supervised in OR
Pre-op responsibilities help keep rooms on time
Shifts include: 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p
Second-call shifts available but not required
Prefer consistent monthly availability
ASA range 1-5 (mostly ASA 3-4)
No OB, transplant, CT surgery, or sick neonates
Full range of surgical cases; independent endoscopy
Qualification
Required
Board Certified CRNA
Active Kentucky license or IMLC LOQ
Dependable, consistent, and team-oriented
Preferred
Out-of-area CRNAs preferred
