Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated group of members, addressing their questions, managing their accounts, and providing clear guidance on our services
Deepen relationships by understanding members' personal goals, educating them on the best solutions for their needs, and identifying ways to improve their overall experience
Conduct high-quality interactions via phone, email, and virtual meetings, ensuring every member has a smooth and positive journey
Navigate and utilize various internal systems and digital tools to efficiently resolve requests and keep member information up to date
Keep a pulse on industry trends and our latest offerings to provide accurate, helpful, and timely information to our community
Work closely with internal partners and specialized teams to ensure comprehensive support for every member request
Maintain the highest standards of integrity and ensure all interactions align with our organizational guidelines and quality standards
Qualification
Required
1–3 years in a client-facing or service-oriented role (such as hospitality, retail, or account coordination) with a proven track record of building great relationships
Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to explain complex information in a way that is simple, clear, and confident
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on the details
Comfortable learning new software and navigating multiple digital platforms simultaneously
A commitment to the highest standards of ethics and a genuine desire to help others succeed
