Responsibilities
Provide Maintenance personnel with any pertinent observations relative to equipment function and operation
Perform daily operational line checks using scales, calipers, and thermometers
Monitor quality attributes of manufactured items according to customer specifications
Perform daily operational line checks using scales, thermometers, and any other tools as necessary
Monitor Good Manufacturing Practices in production
Maintain finished product quality testing
Manage all process controls for quality and food safety
Provide technical support to fellow members of the company as needed
In the absence of the QC Tech, the QA Coordinator or QA/QC Manager will be responsible for fulfilling job duties in their absence
Qualification
Required
Basic math skills
Must be able to reach above shoulders and below knees, and lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to Commute: Fullerton, CA 92833 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Fullerton, CA 92833: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Preferred
Experience in a food service, processing, or distribution environment preferred
Experience with Food safety GMPs, quality troubleshooting, and QA process-improving skills preferred
HACCP plan knowledge is preferred, formal HACCP training/certification is helpful
