Responsibilities
Support enrollment into new study protocols and retention through trial completion
Coordinate follow-up visits or procedures as needed
Gather participant feedback and share insights to improve the trial experience
Facilitate participant screening using centralized services and technology for efficiency
Conduct initial phone screenings to determine eligibility
Coordinate and schedule appointments for eligible participants, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
Implement centrally planned strategies or campaigns directed by operational leadership
Maintain communication with central teams to ensure proper implementation and consistent tracking of participant progress
Serve as an ambassador for technology platforms and services, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and engagement
Track activity across initiatives, including participant sources, to measure effectiveness and prioritize high-impact efforts
Collaborate across teams to share best practices and lessons learned for continuous improvement
Ensure new participant information is accurately captured and updated to maintain a comprehensive participant database
With appropriate approvals, review patient health records to identify potential candidates for clinical trials
Assess patient eligibility based on protocol requirements and predetermined criteria
Handle sensitive patient information confidentially and professionally
Qualification
Required
Experience within the Healthcare or Clinical Research industry
Comfortable with a high volume of calls
Support enrollment into new study protocols and retention through trial completion
