Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of fixed asset disposition related to the relocation from Chino to Irvine. Coordinate and document the transfer, disposal, and relocation of company assets. Maintain accurate records of asset movements and ensure compliance with company policies
Support shipping and receiving activities for automotive parts. Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Assist in inventory tracking and reconciliation
Provide general support to the Facilities and Support teams as needed. Assist with setup, organization, and maintenance of workspaces during the transition. Respond to ad-hoc requests related to facility operations
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift and move packages and equipment as needed
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
High school diploma or equivalent
