Responsibilities
Provide administrative and legal support to 2–3 attorneys specializing in Trusts & Estates
Draft and prepare correspondence, estate planning documents, probate forms, and other legal documents
Maintain organized client files and case management systems
Schedule appointments, manage attorney calendars, and coordinate meetings
Assist with estate planning, trust administration, and court filings
Interact professionally with clients, courts, and third parties
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive client information
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1–2 years of recent Trusts & Estates legal assistant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Dependable, professional, and comfortable working 100% in-office
Preferred
Familiarity with probate or trust accounting software
Experience assisting multiple attorneys simultaneously
