Responsibilities
Define product vision and strategy for large-scale multi-agent AI systems serving hundreds of millions of users
Hold global engineering teams accountable to ambitious product visions, demonstrating what's possible and raising the bar
Lead calls with overseas teams to review progress, present concepts, and provide product guidance
Rapidly prototype and validate product concepts using vibe coding and vibe design, you understand what's possible with AI and can show it
Find product-market fit at scale across finance, consumer, and retail verticals in international markets
Stay on the bleeding edge of AI capabilities and continuously skill up as the field evolves
Work collaboratively across product, engineering, and executive stakeholders without being a know-it-all
Maintain high documentation standards and clear communication across time zones
Travel to visit the client teams overseas periodically
Qualification
Required
Deep fluency with AI and agentic architectures; understanding how they work, what's possible, and how to stay fluent as the field evolves
Ability to vibe code and vibe design, understanding what's possible with AI and rapidly prototyping concepts to demonstrate product direction
Strong product sense with a demonstrated track record of finding product-market fit, ideally at scale
Comfortable thinking big, holding ambitious visions for systems serving hundreds of millions of users
Ability to hold a high bar and push teams toward excellence without being a know-it-all
Hungry and scrappy: figuring things out without waiting to be told, energized by challenges
AI-native in approach: using AI tools extensively in work and understanding how to build AI-first products
High documentation bar: articulating product vision clearly and creating artifacts that guide teams across time zones
Demonstrated ability to rapidly skill up and stay on the cutting edge of AI
Ability to argue for correctness from an AI-native perspective without losing sight of good systems design principles
Ability to confidently express opinions when speaking to global leaders
Collaborative and collegial: working through problems with others and moving forward without insisting on one's own way
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take confident action when details are missing
Positive and solutions-oriented, working around obstacles rather than dwelling on setbacks
