This hybrid role bridges project management, engineering, quality assurance, and training development, serving as a foundational position for a future standalone education division.

Responsibilities
Develop and deliver end-user and professional training courses eligible for BICSI Continuing Education Credits (CECs) and certifications
Contribute to revenue-generating initiatives that balance operational needs with the educational program’s growth
Support operations, project management, and engineering functions as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
Lead and coordinate internal BICSI and ICT training for technicians and the operations team
Manage quality assurance initiatives to ensure adherence to company and industry standards
Conduct external marketing and recruitment for public educational classes
Obtain and maintain all required training certifications and instructor credentials
Oversee authorized training facility logistics and maintain communication with higher education partners to build programs and synergies

Required
