Responsibilities
Promptly, professionally, and politely answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Provide information to callers
Direct any persons to correct destination
Deal with queries from the public and customers
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Willing to work one weekend day 3:45 pm-8:45 pm
Schedule 6 days a week. 32-36 hrs. 3:45 pm-8:45 pm Monday-Friday
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience as Phone Operator
Excellent communication skills
Outgoing and positive demeanor
Professional presentation
Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
A professional appearance
A clean driving record & valid driver's license
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
