Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to TFCO staff

Review and organize treatment records and service documentation

Build therapeutic relationships with youth, therapeutic foster families, and biological families

Assess needs for routine and emergency mental health services and monitor service delivery

Make daily clinical decisions regarding treatment needs of children and families

Assess and make recommendations regarding placements and transitions

Conduct or coordinate emergency crisis assessments when needed

Provide after-hours on-call crisis intervention as required

Qualification

Master’s DegreeActive Michigan licenseMental health experienceSupervisory experienceClinical skillsCrisis-response abilityDSM knowledge

Required

Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Professional Counseling

Active Michigan license: LMSW, LLP, or LPC

At least 3 years of mental health experience with children/adolescents

Minimum 1 year supervisory experience

Strong clinical skills, DSM knowledge, and crisis-response ability
