Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of aggregate production and operational projects from concept to completion

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, safety standards, and quality expectations are met

Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to drive successful outcomes

Identify and mitigate project risks while promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory partners to support project goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline, project management, or equivalent work experience

Aggregates operations management background with proven capability managing projects

Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and relevant regulatory requirements

Demonstrated leadership skills overseeing multiple and diverse teams

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and advance business opportunities

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced operational environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams

Proven capability in planning, organizing, and prioritizing complex work with attention to detail

Ability to interpret technical information, operational data, and industry best practices to guide decision-making

Commitment to safety, quality, and effective problem-solving in an aggregates or industrial operations setting
