Entry, Mid LevelKencove Farm Fence is seeking an IT Support/Documentation Specialist to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations. The role involves managing IT support for employees, maintaining company documentation, and training staff on IT best practices.

Responsibilities
Provide IT support to employees via phone, email, or in person, assisting with hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
Manage and support enterprise applications, including email, cloud storage, and security software
Ensure IT security best practices are followed and assist in cybersecurity awareness initiatives
Train employees on IT best practices and troubleshooting common issues
Maintain and organize company documentation, including internal processes, policies, and procedures
Ensure documents are uptodate, wellstructured, and accessible to employees
Work with various departments to gather, create, and update internal documentation
Develop userfriendly guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals to enhance employee efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in IT support, technical writing, or documentation management
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred
Experience in documentation management tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Notion)
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as Office 365, Google Workspace, or AWS
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and IT compliance standards
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL are a plus
