Responsibilities
Grow revenue across assigned accounts by crafting monthly account action plans and hit/exceed a defined sales quota
Act as a true consultant Recommend winning assortments, seasonal buys, and replenishment strategies
Drive category performance Analyze sell-through data; suggest add-on items and new categories
Manage daily outreach Handle ~70 % phone-based activity, plus email/text follow-ups
Strengthen partnerships Resolve objections, diffuse tough conversations professionally, and keep every commitment
Leverage data Maintain detailed CRM notes to fuel smarter, longer-term growth
Qualification
Required
2+ years of phone-based B2B sales experience (inside sales, account management, etc.)
Strong confidence and communication across phone, email, and text
A data-driven mindset—comfortable using CRM systems, Excel, or Google Sheets
Problem-solving ability and a consultative, customer-first approach
Preferred
Experience in gift, wholesale, or retail distribution a bonus
