Responsible for the entire leasing process for both prospective residents and renewals
Follow up on warm leads and schedule tours
Goal is to help obtain maximum leases for the community to increase occupancy
Collect deposits and verify leasing applications
Attend weekly leasing meetings, and provided trainings
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Hawaii Real Estate License is a plus. You do not need to hold it prior but it is an expectation to obtain the license once an employment offer is accepted
Minimum 1-2 years of previous sales experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who works well under high metrics
