Responsibilities
Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems
Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs
Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers
Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products
Install dishwashing machines and chemical dispensing equipment in new customer kitchens
Tear down, rebuild, and refurbish used dishwashing machines in the warehouse
Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers
Qualification
Required
Have a valid driver's license
Have a mechanical inclination and comfortability working with tools
Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs
