Focus on preventive care, wellness visits, acute illness evaluation, and chronic disease management for an established patient population
Practice independently in accordance with New York State regulations and organizational protocols, exercising sound clinical judgment within scope of licensure
Qualification
Required
PA or NP degree from an accredited program
Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted New York State license
DEA license (or ability to obtain)
BLS/ACLS certification
Clean malpractice history
