Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the SU3200 platform, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, effectively managing relationships and expectations
Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure a high-performing and knowledgeable workforce
Continuously evaluate and implement strategies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and drive productivity
Act as a collaborative partner between the SCREEN team and customers, fostering alignment and mutual success
Maintain engagement with both internal teams and customers to ensure challenges are addressed promptly and solutions are implemented effectively
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and provide clear direction to team members and stakeholders
Self-motivated, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently while achieving organizational goals
A collaborative team player, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
Proven ability to develop and build a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members
Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to streamline operations and enhance productivity
Previous management experience, with a strong track record of successfully leading teams, managing workflows, and delivering results
Must have a valid passport and REAL ID for immediate travel
