Business Development Manager
Addison Group is one of the fastest growing private staffing firms in America that specializes in contract and direct hire staffing, as well as consulting services. The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for prospecting new clients and developing marketing plans to engage potential users of staffing services while partnering with recruiters to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Identify and sell to potential business deals by contacting potential clients
Schedule and attend client meetings to generate new business and expand current business
Develop and maintain client relationships through cold calling/prospecting calls
Negotiate fees and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations
Represent Addison in a professional and positive manner in all interactions, including networking events and other activities outside of normal business hours
Qualification
Required
Four-year degree or equivalent
Professional oral and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
