Responsibilities

Partner with the Board of Directors to set strategic priorities and long-term goals

Develop and execute organizational plans that support sustainability, relevance, and growth

Lead organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives

Oversee daily operations across programs, platforms, facilities, and systems

Ensure efficient workflows, quality standards, and effective service delivery

Support the development and execution of programming, content, and educational initiatives

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, contracts, and organizational policies

Serve as a senior representative of the organization to partners, stakeholders, and the broader community

Oversee communication strategies, branding, and public-facing initiatives

Build and maintain strategic partnerships aligned with organizational goals

Support outreach, engagement, and audience growth efforts

Recruit, supervise, and develop staff, contractors, and volunteers

Establish clear expectations, performance metrics, and development plans

Work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure transparency and alignment

Develop and manage operating and capital budgets

Ensure accurate financial reporting, accounting, and compliance

Maintain strong financial controls and long-term sustainability planning

Identify and support diversified revenue streams, including grants, contracts, fundraising, and earned income

Oversee vendor and partner agreements

Evaluate and invest in systems and technologies that improve efficiency and impact

Oversee digital infrastructure, data management, and content delivery systems

Monitor trends in technology, automation, AI, and audience engagement
