Responsibilities
Serve as the UX authority for SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP
Operationalize SAP Fiori Design Guidelines including floor plans, navigation patterns, responsiveness and accessibility
Establish UX guardrails for custom UI5 and Fiori Elements apps
Review and approve UX designs prior to build and release
Own UX strategy and governance for SAP Build Work Zone, Advanced
Define and enforce Information Architecture standards across SAP Fiori and SAP Build Work Zone, including navigation structure, business-role alignment, naming conventions, and app organization
Partner with platform, security and basis teams to align UX with roles and lifecycle management
Prevent portal sprawl through clear governance
Act as UX counterpart to SAP architects, developers and functional leads
Translate SAP technical constraints into UX guidance
Educate stakeholders on SAP Fiori Design Guidelines and UX best practices
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
7+ years of hands-on experience with UX governance of SAP Fiori apps in S/4HANA
Applied knowledge of SAP Fiori Design Guidelines or the new SAP Design System
Experience with Launchpad concepts (spaces, pages, catalogs)
Experience with SAP Build Work Zone
Proven UX governance experience in SAP landscapes
Preferred
Experience with Figma libraries aligned to SAP Fiori
Experience mapping Figma components to Fiori and Fiori Elements
Familiarity with enterprise design systems and SAP theming (Horizon)
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
Experience running Design Thinking workshops and User Research
