Responsibilities
Conduct initial phone/video consultations with potential clients, understand their needs, and present how the firm's services align
Gather essential case details (facts, timelines, goals) to present to attorneys
Use a consultative approach, selling high-value legal services, focusing on empathy for difficult situations
Develop and nurture relationships with potential referral partners (therapists, financial planners)
Manage the client welcome process and facilitate the smooth transition (hand-off) to the legal team
Accurately log all client interactions and follow-ups in the firm's CRM system
Perform initial file setup and milestone checks (e.g., first 30 days) to ensure client satisfaction
Act as a professional, compassionate first point of contact, embodying the firm's values
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience (2+ years), ideally in legal, financial services, or high-ticket sales
Exceptional communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills
High degree of empathy and emotional intelligence
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Clio Grow, High Level)
Ability to work in a metrics-driven, accountable environment
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish not required but a plus
