Responsibilities
Lead and supervise home health nursing and clinical staff
Oversee patient admissions and ensure care plans align with patient needs
Monitor compliance with home health regulations and standards of care
Train, mentor, and retain clinical staff
Partner with families, caregivers, and providers to deliver effective in-home care
Qualification
Required
Current RN license
BSN or higher required
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
3 years in home health
1+ year in leadership
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations
Strong organizational skills
Strong decision-making skills
Strong communication skills
Preferred
Master's degree
