Responsibilities
Have the ability to review and process field data
Have exposure with field to finish data collection and conduct project site visits as needed to clarify/verify survey data or assist field staff
Conduct project site visits to set survey control tied to state plane and/or plant coordinate systems
Conduct project site visits to perform 3D Laser Scanning to capture As-built or As-found site data
Import, clean, register, and publish scan data in office after field collection
Collaborate with the team on various tasks and perform other assigned duties
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Survey/LiDAR Technician
Ability to review and process field data
Exposure with field to finish data collection and conduct project site visits as needed to clarify/verify survey data or assist field staff
Conduct project site visits to set survey control tied to state plane and/or plant coordinate systems
Conduct project site visits to perform 3D Laser Scanning to capture As-built or As-found site data
Import, clean, register, and publish scan data in office after field collection
Collaborate with the team on various tasks and perform other assigned duties
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Safety oriented
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
If applicable to the position, a post offer fit for duty evaluation to ensure the individual can safely perform the essential functions of the role
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and carry/move approximately 30lbs of equipment
Preferred
LiDAR capture and registration experience
Experience using AutoCAD software
Oil/Gas facility/site experience
LiDAR experience, using Leica RTC360 laser scanner
LiDAR processing experience, using Leica registration software
