Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 3 maintenance technicians on 1st shift
Oversee preventative maintenance schedules, equipment repairs, and mechanical support
Use our PM system to schedule, log, and track work across the facility
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs across fabrication and shop equipment
Support hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Lead technician training, documentation, and best practices
Partner with production teams to reduce downtime and improve throughput
Drive improvements in maintenance reliability, safety, and team efficiency
Qualification
Required
AAS in Industrial Maintenance or an equivalent of 10+ years of related industrial maintenance experience
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience; metal fabrication experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting skills: hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, valves, and 480V electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing projects and hands-on work
Preferred
Basic PLC and control system experience is a plus
Experience leading or mentoring maintenance techs is strongly preferred
