Senior Business Development Leader

Resource Erectors is seeking a top-tier sales professional with an established book of business to drive growth in the heavy civil, energy, and infrastructure markets. Responsibilities

Leverage an existing book of business to bring immediate, qualified opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, general contractors, developers, and owners
Identify and pursue opportunities across OUR core markets, including:
Energy and renewables
BESS and mission-critical facilities
Industrial and petrochemical
Infrastructure and civil projects
Collaborate with operations and estimating teams to develop competitive, executable proposals
Drive projects from initial pursuit through award, ensuring alignment between sales commitments and field execution
Represent our company professionally in client meetings, job walks, industry events, and negotiations
Provide market intelligence and feedback to support strategic growth initiatives
Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Qualification

Required

5+ years of sales or business development experience in foundation drilling, geotechnical construction, or heavy civil construction
Experience and knowledge of drilled shafts, micropiles, secant piles, slurry walls, ACIP Piles, Helical Piles or shoring systems
An established network and active book of business capable of generating immediate revenue
Strong understanding of project procurement, bidding strategies, and contract structures
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
Willingness to travel as needed to support client relationships and project pursuits
