Personal Injury Case Manager
Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a leading plaintiff’s personal injury law firm that has provided legal representation to clients across 40+ cities throughout California. They are seeking an experienced Case Manager with a strong background in personal injury matters to join their Century City office, where the role involves maintaining client communication, managing case documentation, and coordinating medical treatment.

Responsibilities
Initiate timely client contact within 24 hours of case assignment and maintain regular communication throughout the case lifecycle
Review, verify, and complete case documentation; obtain missing records and ensure accuracy with clients
Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment, including med-pay submissions when applicable
Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files and detailed notes in the case management system in compliance with organizational guidelines
Serve as a liaison with insurance adjusters, medical providers, lien holders, and other involved parties
Assist clients with property damage resolution, rentals, and loss-of-use claims
Scan, upload, and transmit case-related documents, requests, and liens via appropriate channels
File governmental claims timely, track statutory deadlines, and calendar follow-up dates
Review police reports and medical records; escalate Serious Injury cases to the Team Attorney with supporting documentation
Support Serious Injury cases by establishing liability, gathering evidence, requesting policy limits, and obtaining relevant insurance and investigative materials
Qualification
Required
Possess a working knowledge of personal injury pre-litigation matters
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Personal Injury law firm
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while meeting deadlines
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office is required
Being bilingual in Spanish is required
Preferred
A Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal degree program is a plus
Certified Paralegal or Certified Legal Assistant designation a plus
A bachelor's Degree is a plus
