They are seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Executive to manage client accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and support sales efforts while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Account Management and Insurance, including handling commercial insurance policies and client portfolios
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships and address client concerns effectively
Sales expertise and the ability to identify client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and support new business development
Stay current with industry knowledge of developing trends regarding carrier underwriting, appetite, and pricing changes. Apply knowledge to negotiation with carriers to provide the most comprehensive coverage to clients
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
Proficiency with insurance management software and other relevant tools
Appropriate insurance licensing or the ability to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe
Any other duties and tasks required by the Company
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Insurance, or a related field preferred
