Responsibilities
Perform functional and manual QA testing for Blue Yonder Planning modules
Execute test plans, test cases, UAT, and regression testing
Validate end-to-end business scenarios across Demand, Inventory, and Fulfillment (Supply) Planning
Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to ensure planning functionality meets business requirements
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
Support testing efforts in a SaaS / cloud-based environment
Qualification
Required
Hands-on testing experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) – REQUIRED
Experience testing Blue Yonder Planning modules, including: Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Fulfillment / Supply Planning (SCPO)
Strong background in functional/manual QA testing
Experience testing SaaS or cloud-based applications
Experience creating and executing QA test plans, test cases, and UAT scenarios
