Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation and employment defense matters, with an emphasis on medical malpractice
Handle cases from initial intake through trial preparation, including discovery, depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and developing case strategies
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners, participate in client meetings, and appear in court as necessary
Demonstrate exceptional legal writing skills through memos, summaries, and pleadings
Qualification
Required
California-licensed Attorney
Passion for medical malpractice defense or civil litigation
Ability to manage complex cases from inception through trial preparation
Some civil litigation experience
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Willingness to travel to court in California when required
