The IT Intern will support the Director of IT and System Administrator with hands-on technical work, documentation, and infrastructure projects, gaining real-world experience across systems, networking, security, and IT operations.

Responsibilities
Assist with physical infrastructure work such as running network cabling and installing hardware
Help configure and set up cameras, access points, and network devices
Support device setup, imaging, and deployment for employees
Participate in documentation tasks, including network mapping, inventories, and SOP drafting
Help troubleshoot basic user issues and escalate when needed
Maintain organization of IT equipment, spares, and tools
Contribute to small IT projects under the direction of senior staff
Qualification
Required

To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder)
Preferred
Coursework or certifications in IT or cybersecurity (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.)
Familiarity with basic networking concepts or command-line tools
