Responsibilities
Bring big energy, enthusiasm, and a warm smile to every guest
Assist guests with product choices and share your LEGO knowledge proudly
Maintain a strong sales approach to help meet and exceed goals
Ensure product displays are fully stocked, clean, and always looking their best
Seek out guest interaction and create playful, engaging moments
Help manage lines efficiently while still keeping the experience fun
Follow opening & closing procedures with care and consistency
Uphold all Health, Safety & Security procedures, including COVID-19 policies
Qualification
Required
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Preferred
6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
