Responsibilities
Receiving & Storing: Unloading trucks, verifying shipments against orders, processing incoming goods, stocking materials in designated areas
Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and preparing materials for shipment according to production schedules or work orders
Inventory Management: Performing cycle counts, maintaining accurate stock levels, and conducting inventory audits
Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping work areas clean, organized, and clear of hazards, including mixers or processing equipment
Documentation: Handling paperwork like packing slips, purchase orders, and bills of lading, ensuring data accuracy in computer systems
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all established safety regulations and procedures for handling industrial materials
Qualification
Required
Previous warehouse or material handling experience
Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
Familiarity with inventory control and data entry
Able to safely lift 30-40 lbs, utilize a pallet jack
High School Diploma or GED
